If my work has a message it is to inspire and encourage myself and my readers to replace their material values with more spiritual ones, as a basis for their own life, in reverence to humanity, nature and the planet, which desperately needs our loving care at this time.
I trained and qualified at the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust in London and over the years have continued my professional development to evolve my own style and approach. I more recently added a three-year training in Voice Dialogue (Psychology of Selves) and In 2019/20 I completed a training in Conscious Breathwork with ‘Alchemy of Breath’.
Currently I am ‘in retirement’ from offering sessions professionally. I am applying my energy to work on the land where I live with my partner in Liguria (see below). And when I am not busy with that I am studying the Holy Bible and feeling my way back into the teachings of Yeshua in the spiritual tradition of my country and the culture of my birth.
The Christian faith I found in my childhood is growing again in my heart.
I have phases of focusing on my creative writing, which over the years has been an important part of my personal process and an expression of my search for the essence of who I am.
I am in the process of writing a book whose working title is : It’s Been A Longtime Coming” an account of my own journey, with advice and practices for others.
I am an holistic thinker on a spiritual path; I spent 10 years living an ecological lifestyle as co-director of Gaia Partnership Ltd, a not-for-profit organisation based in the Welsh Borders near Hay-on-Wye. During this time I also helped run a Buddhist Retreat Centre with weekend courses on Spirituality, Ecology and Holistic Science. We regularly had teachers from Schumacher College in Devon.
I am now involved in developing a new place of healing in the beautiful mountains of coastal Liguria in Italy with my partner, Sofia Livingstone whose land and vision it is, and whose hard work and determination have created a wonderful earth-based environment in a working olive grove that exudes peace, rest and healing energy. I am also a craftsman in wood, artist and writer. My inspiration often draws on my love of nature and the ways nature helps me feel connected to ‘source’.
