The Christian faith I found in my childhood is growing again in my heart.

If this site has a message, it is to inspire and encourage myself and my readers to replace their material values with more spiritual ones and to live closer to nature, as a basis for their own life, in reverence to humanity and the planet.

After school I spent four years at Art School in the UK before becoming a founding partner in a high end furniture making business in Somerset, where I developed woodcarving and other skills. In my forties I trained and qualified at the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust in London. I added a three-year training in Voice Dialogue (Psychology of Selves) in 2012, Conscious Breathwork in 2020 and now (in my seventies) trainings with Restoration In Christ Ministries and Kaanan Ministries, to work with victims and survivors of sexual and ritual abuse. 

Currently in retraining,  I am ‘in retirement’ from offering sessions professionally. I am applying my energy to work on the land where I live with my partner in Liguria (see below). And when I am not busy with that I am studying the Holy Bible and feeling my way back into the teachings of Yeshua in the spiritual tradition of my country, with prayer and contemplation.

I have phases of focusing on my creative writing, which over the years has been an important part of my personal process and an expression of my search for the essence of who I am.

I am in the process of writing a book whose working title is :  It’s Been A Longtime Coming”  an account of my own journey, with advice and practices for others.

I have always been an holistic thinker on a spiritual path; I spent 10 years living a deeply ecological lifestyle as co-director of Gaia Partnership Ltd, a not-for-profit organisation based in the Welsh Borders near Hay-on-Wye. During this time I also helped run a Buddhist Retreat Centre with weekend courses on Spirituality, Ecology and Holistic Science. 

I recently turned away from a life in the ‘New Age’ and am Born Again to Christ, following Jesus’ narrow path after decades of searching in other spiritual contemplative traditions.
I am an advocate for change – away from the lies and deceit, corruption and propaganda that is trying to enslave us all.
This blog showcases my own life experiences, with some celebrations and concerns for humanity & the planet at this critical time.
